Dan is a Senior Analyst in Pyramid Research’s Broadband and Media research group based in the company’s headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He is an expert on the North American mobile market, but his proficiency in the telecommunications industry spans a variety of globally focused topics, including mobile broadband, media, multi-play service offerings, wireless spectrum costs, operator spending, as well as mobile strategies and business models. Dan is deeply involved in all aspects of report production from concept synthesis, report management, writing and analysis to, editing and marketing. As part of his role at Pyramid Research, Dan engages in consulting by providing research and advisory services to operators, vendors and financial institutions. Dan is also very active in updating and modeling Pyramid Research’s financial and operational forecasts, which provide historical and projected data and trends on the media, mobile, fixed and convergence markets.

Prior to his role with Pyramid’s Broadband and Media research team, Dan completed a dual Masters program at Boston University where he earned both an MBA (Masters of Business Administration) with concentrations in Finance and Entrepreneurship and an MSIS (Masters of Science in Information Systems) in which he graduated with Honors. While attending school, Dan completed several consulting engagements and internships involving in-depth financial analysis including due diligence for Eurovest Development, project management for Blue Cross Blue Shield, and market research for BrassRing. Dan also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Economics from Brandeis University. Dan speaks English, conversational Spanish and basic Hebrew. He enjoys traveling, basketball, baseball, kayaking, astronomy and cooking.
